Our standard turnaround time for PCB prototypes is 3-5 business days. For urgent projects, we offer expedited services with 24-48 hour turnaround for simple 2-4 layer boards. The exact lead time depends on several factors including board complexity, layer count, material requirements, and order quantity. We provide a specific delivery date when confirming your order. For production runs, lead times typically range from 7-14 business days depending on the order size and specifications.

We accept all standard PCB design file formats including Gerber files (RS-274X), which are our preferred format for manufacturing. We also accept ODB++ files, IPC-2581 files, and can work with design files from popular PCB design software such as Altium, Eagle, KiCad, OrCAD, and PADS. In addition to the design files, we recommend providing a bill of materials (BOM) for assembly services, along with any specific assembly drawings or test requirements. Our engineering team can review your files for manufacturability upon request.

We offer a wide range of PCB materials to meet different application requirements. Our standard material is FR-4 glass epoxy, available in various thicknesses from 0.2mm to 3.2mm. For high-temperature applications, we provide FR-4 with high Tg (150°C and 170°C) and polyimide materials. For RF and high-frequency applications, we offer Rogers materials (RO4003C, RO4350B), Taconic, and Arlon substrates. We can also provide flexible PCBs using polyimide base materials. All our materials meet UL94V-0 flammability standards and are RoHS compliant.

Yes, we provide comprehensive PCB assembly services including both surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole assembly. Our turnkey assembly service includes component sourcing, inspection, assembly, and testing. We can work with customer-supplied components or source them on your behalf from our network of approved suppliers. Our assembly capabilities include fine-pitch components down to 0.4mm pitch, BGA, CSP, and QFN packages. We offer various testing options including visual inspection, automated optical inspection (AOI), in-circuit testing (ICT), and functional testing to ensure assembly quality.
